When you RSVP’d for the Thanksgiving Service you indicated that you would like to make a donation towards the venue costs &/or the gift for Roger & Carolyn. As I have finalised the reconciliation of the donations I have come across a few where no credit card details were entered and therefore no donation was received. We had budgeted for the gift purchases using all the donation amounts but understand that your circumstances may have changed since your RSVP was sent in.
